Cultivating Character Through Reflection and Guided Mentorship

EAP emphasizes character development through guided reflection and mentorship. Adolescents engage in role-playing, discussions, and journaling to explore empathy, integrity, and responsibility. Each session includes a facilitator handbook with narration-style lesson plan to make implementation straightforward and effective for both new and experienced facilitators.

For example, one session may focus on empathy, where participants role-play to understand others’ perspectives. This hands-on reflection, supported by facilitator training manuals and a digital Parent Resource Guide, helps young kids internalize key values to help develop a strong character foundation.
