Cultivating Resilience Through Self-Regulation 

Resilience is central to EAP’s mission. Each session is structured to give adolescents tools for managing stress, setting boundaries, and staying grounded. Exercises in mindfulness and emotional regulation help young kids develop emotional resilience, and empower them to tackle life’s challenges. 

One session includes activities that simulate high-pressure scenarios, followed by discussions on managing reactions and emotions. With additional team-building outings and activities, adolescents have the chance to apply their skills in real-world situations that foster resilience in fun, and engaging ways.
