Inside the Sessions That Transform Lives

Is there a way to prepare our adolescents for a world that challenges them every turn? At the Elevate Adolescence Program (EAP), we believe there is.

The Elevate Adolescence Program (EAP) takes a bold approach to adolescent development by focusing on the emotional, social, and ethical dimensions of growth that often go unaddressed. EAP doesn’t just teach skills; it provides a structured journey toward resilience, confidence, and purpose, all within an enviornment designed to build trust and self-awareness.

Research shows that the brain develops in a different sequence for boys compared to girls, with certain regions maturing at different times. According to studies highlighted in Dr. Leonard Sax’s Why Gender Matters, these sex-based differences in the brain are most pronounced in young children and gradually diminish with age (Sax, 2017). By the time boys and girls reach adulthood, these neurological differences have become far less distinct. Recognizing these unique developmental trajectories, EAP tailored its sessions to provide age-appropriate guidance, fostering emotional and social growth for both genders.

Each EAP session is thoughtfully crafted, with 10 detailed, two-hour biweekly session plans that make it easy to implement in any setting. With a comprehensive, detailed curriculum, EAP integrates seamlessly into Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and Character Development programs, making it adaptable to pre-existing curricula and standalone formats. With these sessions, adolescents are empowered to grow into strong, compassionate leaders who are ready to make a positive impact on the world.

Here’s how we make that happen:
