Practicing Leadership Skills in Community-Oriented Projects

EAP’s Leadership & Empowerment sessions encourage adolescents to put their skills into action through community-oriented projects. Adolescents work together to identify a challenge, design a solution, and follow through. This structure promotes teamwork, accountability, and confidence.

In a session focused on community service, young kids might design care packages or plan a local cleanup, seeing firsthand that leadership is about positive impact. With resources like a Parent Workshop Model and a Digital Parent Toolkit designed to support discussions at home, parents remain engaged, and reinforce what adolescents learn in each session.
